Youuuuuuhou..Do you people like the pic for this post?
[ I hope it does not scare the few of you that actually come here off… hrem.. (a) ] Those aren’t a group of actors for any forthcoming horror movie, even if am sure they would fit easily in there. They are from a Hard Rock band, yups, named The Lordi. I don’t think they became popular until last night - lawl.They participated in the Eurovision 2006, the final was held last night in Athens - Greece. I followed it when i was zapping through the channels out of boredom, was quite a nice show - given that i didn’t have anything better to do at that time, apart from a few songs that i didn’t like.
Back to the hard rockers, the funny thing about them - well, they won the Eurovision 2006! They topped the chart with a massive 292 points ahead of Russia by around 50 points [ ? ] if i’m not mistaken. I actually like their song lol - i downloaded it [ illegally, of course (who cares?) ] it’s called Hard Rock Hallelujah - i’ve been playing this track non stop for the past couple of hours. I am not into Hard Rock but there’s something ‘nice’ about it - must have been the ‘effect’ of seeing them perform live, with the special effects and all.
Another nice thing about Eurovision 2006, the French commentators [ too bad it wasn’t English duh ] - these guys suck, they kept babbling for the whole show about how the French singer, some chick i don’t remember anything about, sang SOOOO WELL, [ couldn’t expect less from French commentators anyway eh ]. Out of the 24 finalists countries, France came out 22nd [ HUGE LOL ] with an impressive 5 points [ MWAHAHAHA ], that were generously given by 2 countries out of the 37 voting ones. The commentators ended by saying they were ’satisfied’ with France’s result because it was an improvement over last year when they came out 23rd [ WTF??? re- HUGE LOL ]. sighs..
going back to projects now.. hard rockkkkkkkk hallelujahhhhhhhhhhhhhh (8)…..

lol… Dude, they remind me of a mixture of Mortiis and Cradle Of Filth turned awfully wrong. Or like villains out of Star Trek. So tacky, I should be kicking myself for missing that, heh.
