My dad usually sends me forward mails that he receives at work.
Being MY dad, he isn’t the type of person to receive the perverted types of forwards that we are usually familiar with :P. You might have guessed that the mails are usually mostly based on religious stuffs or those preaching morals and zzzzz…………
He shared the following one last week, which I actually liked.
Here goes:
There was a blind girl who hated herself just because she’s blind. She hated everyone, except her loving boyfriend. He’s always there for her. She said that if she could only see the world, she would marry her boyfriend.
One day, someone donated a pair of eyes to her and then she could see everything, including her boyfriend.
Her boyfriend asked her, “Now that you can see the world, will you marry me?”
The girl was shocked when she saw that her boyfriend is blind too, and refused to marry him.
Her boyfriend walked away in tears, and later wrote a letter to her saying : “Just take care of my eyes dear.”
This is how human brain changes when the status changes. Only few remember what life was before, and who’s always been there even in the most painful situations.

Reading this mail made me remember a popular Korean clip: Kiss - Because I’m A Girl, which I must have seen for the first time around 4 years ago, it still sends that little feeling through me watching it now.
The mail and the clip are not related, but they end up in the same way…

ah that song. I haven’t listened to it since quite a long time now. I won’t be watching this video clip again. It always makes me sad.
Really touching. My ex would sing the song and tell me the story, but I never really understood its significance. Now I realise and now I miss her
