I came across this new song while browsing NightWish’s website for their latest news -> here <-. That's like the only group that I actually care to bother about the next upcoming albums! Next album will be out by late September - Dark Passion Play.
Back to the song! It's not a NW song by the way, but written and sung by a couple of NW members - mainly Tuomas and Marcos. The song is the main track for a Finnish film due to be released in September also named "LIEKSA!".
I fell in love with the song the moment I watched the clip and listened to it. It's the complete opposite of what I would have expected from NightWish members, it's so sweet to the ears, almost begging you to sleep along while listening. I've been listening to it constantly ever since :D.
The film "Lieksa" also seems to be nice, from the synopsis which you can read on the YouTube page below - I just hope they'll have it in English!

the new one’s voice is quite different, not as intense as Tarja’s but she’s ok, in my opinion
nice! I liked the song as well (the piano especially) and the lyrics. wonder if I could catch the movie here in Malaysia. will check out Night Wish band soon

nightwish is the best band ever! it doesn’t matter whether they sing slower songs like this one which really is a beautiful song!!!or up tempo songs! can’t wait to get the new album!
